Montecristi Panama: Is this world’s most expensive hat?

Hats have always been associated with royalty and in continuing with the tradition here is the Montecristi Panama, the worlds finest hat which is available for only $100,000. The Montecristi Panamas are known to be created from extremely fine toquilla straw and this job can only be done in Ecuador.

The master weaver Simón Espinal created this hat and it took him complete five months to make it a reality. Another five artisans were involved in preparing and finishing the hat which took them another couple of weeks to do it. Weighing less than an ounce this hat is as thin as a piece of stationery. Michael Jackson portrait up for sale, need millions of $$$ for it

It was the death of fallen Michael Jackson which brought him back into limelight again and in order to cash on it a 1984 portrait by Andy Warhol of the late singer Michael Jackson is being put for auction at New York.

This portrait was commissioned by TIME Magazine as a mark of celebration for the record sales of Michael Jackson’s album Thriller. This 30 x 26 inches portrait of Michael Jackson will be auctioned off in New York with the starting bidding price at £500,000.

I think it will find a lot of takers and the bidding price would definitely zoom past millions of dollars when it goes under the hammer.

Just look at this shining tea bag, this is being dubbed as the world’s most expensive tea bag as it is studded with a whopping 280 diamonds and is worth £7,500. This tea bag was created to commemorate the 75th birthday of PG Tips but unfortunately you cannot bid for it as it was donated to a charity auction for Manchester Childrens’ Hospital in England.

I must tell you it really looks fabulous!!

Wispa Gold: World’s Most Expensive Chocolate Bar

Can somebody please buy me this world's most expensive chocolate bar? This is Wispa Gold, the gold leaf covered special edition selling at £961.48. This marvelous chocolate bar is covered in edible gold leaf and enclosed in gold leaf wrapper.

This caramel filled chocolate was launched in 1995 and was discontinued in 2003 but will be available for sale again for a limited period from September 14. I can still feel its taste when I used to eat it as a kid.

I don’t have so much of money so I will wait for is 55p version. 

Star of India: World’s Costliest Car??

I was looking for a second car for myself and accidentally I came across what could become the costliest car in the world. Hans-Günther Zach who runs the celebrated marque in Mühlheim/Main, Germany plans to sell his jewel in the crown the Star of India. This is a 1934 Phantom II 40/50 HP Continental All-Weather Convertible custom made for the Maharaja of Rajkot.

If everything goes well then it would fetch a whopping €10 million and if my calculations are correct then it would be touted as the world’s costliest car. So if you are a die hard Rolls Royce fan then you cannot miss out on it!!
